Product availability and prices are subject to change without prior notice. All specials and promotions are limited while quantities last.


The minimum order is $100.00. Orders less than the minimum order will be subject to a $5.00 service charge. Orders under $75.00 will not be processed. We do not guarantee that your order will be shipped complete. We have a "No Backorder" policy.


We make every effort to display accurate stock availability on our website; however stock levels are subject to change without notice. We will inform you as soon as possible should the product that you have ordered is not available. Please note that the stock is not reserved until your order has been processed. Items placed in your shopping cart may be purchased by other customers.  


All initial orders placed with Golden Bough Botanicals Inc. should be prepaid or COD through Canada Post (surcharge by the carrier will apply). Please refer to the accepted payment methods section below. Customers who wish to establish net 30 terms must fill out a credit application once a satisfactory payment history has been established. Golden Bough Botanicals Inc. reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit credit to any customer.


We accept all major credit cards, VISA Debit, PayPal and cash which must be paid in the exact amount. We do not accept Interac Debit and Interac e-Transfer.


Invoices are enclosed with shipped orders unless we are instructed otherwise. A service charge of 2% per month will be assessed for overdue accounts.


We make every effort to process orders in a timely manner within 2 to 3 days except during peak periods when the lead time will be longer. Depending on your location, it may take 1 to 7 business days to be delivered. All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. All orders will be shipped by ground without insurance from Delta, BC with the freight prepaid using the carrier of our choice. The freight will then be added to your invoice. We do not take any responsibility for any shipping losses, damages or delays that may occur. Should additional insurance be required, please notify us. The customer has the option of choosing their preferred carrier or service level at the time of ordering (Freight collect only). 


If you are picking up your order, we will contact you with the date and time for pickup unless you have made other arrangements with us. The pickup location is Unit 12 - 1585 Cliveden Avenue, Delta, BC V3M 6M1. Our pickup hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM PST with the exception of statutory holiday closures.

If you have prepaid for your order in advance, please drive to the back of the warehouse and ring doorbell number 14. Otherwise if you have not, please see a staff member at the front office for payment (refer to the accepted payment methods section).


Any claim must be reported within 15 days of receipt of goods. Our authorization is required for any returned merchandise and is subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns are accepted on Herbs, Spices, Essential Oils, Formulas and Teas due to compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices. Items returned without authorization will not be credited. Authorized returns must be in its original packaging to receive a full credit.


Golden Bough Botanicals Inc. employs a number of quality control checks before we ship your order so that errors are kept to a minimum. When a mistake is made by us, we will be monetarily liable for the error limited to the sales cost of the merchandise we shipped to you and the freight charges (when sold FOB from our warehouse).

On receipt of your merchandise, please check the goods carefully. Be certain that the botanicals, herbs and spices you are receiving conform to what you ordered. Fragrances and essential oils should be carefully reviewed. We strongly recommend you request a sample and run a test batch using any new fragrance lot, essential oil lot or botanical lot before implementing a full production run. Should there be any problems you can then correct them without incurring a large loss.


Botanicals, herbs and spices are natural raw materials. Just like wheat and corn, these natural goods can become infested with insects. Golden Bough Botanicals Inc. implements several precautionary methods to control infestation.

If you observe infestation in botanicals, immediately isolate and remove the infested botanicals from your warehouse or storage area so as not to expose any "clean inventory". You can kill the insects by freezing the infested botanical at zero degrees Fahrenheit. Golden Bough Botanicals Inc. makes no warranty that the product we ship to you will be 100% free of infestation, as infestation can occur at any point in the supply chain. We strongly recommend that you implement a monitoring program for insect activity in your premise.
