Product Returns

Any claim must be reported within 15 days of receipt of goods. Our authorization is required for any returned merchandise. The original shipping and handling fees on returns will not be refunded except in the case of the package arrives damaged during transit. No returns are accepted on Herbs, Spices, Essential Oils, Formulas and Teas due to compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices. Items returned without authorization will not be credited. Authorized returns must be in its original packaging to receive full credit.
