What are the benefits of placing an order online with Golden Bough Wholesale?

Our goal is to improve your ordering experience with us. If you are registered with a wholesale account then you can place an order online at your convenience 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will also be able to look up all of your past orders. The next time you return to place a new order you will not have to re-enter all of your information.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

Does Golden Bough require a minimum order?

The minimum order is $100.00. Orders less than this amount will be subject to a $5.00 service charge. Orders under $75.00 will not be processed. We do not guarantee that your order will be shipped complete.

 

How to place an order?

Orders can be placed online, by emailing sales@goldenbough.ca, by faxing 1-888-726-3878, or by calling 604-540-8700 between 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM PST (Monday to Friday with the exception of statutory holiday closures). Ordering via online, email or fax is preferable to help eliminate any errors or misunderstanding.


How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping rates depend on the carrier used, the destination, the volume and the total weight of your shipment. We have a few options of carriers that we work with and we will choose the carrier that gives the best rate. All orders will be shipped by ground without insurance from Delta, BC with the freight prepaid using the carrier of our choice. The freight will then be added to your invoice. We do not take any responsibility for any shipping losses, damages or delays that may occur. Should additional insurance be required, please notify us. If you would like to use your preferred carrier, please let us know the carrier name and your account number with them in the comment box during checkout.


How can I pay for my order?

All initial orders placed with Golden Bough Botanicals Inc. should be prepaid or COD through Canada Post (surcharge by the carrier will apply). We accept all major credit cards, VISA Debit, PayPal and cash which must be paid in the exact amount. We do not accept Interac Debit and Interac e-Transfers. 


How can I apply for a credit account with Golden Bough?

Customers who wish to establish an account must submit a credit application. A fillable credit application can be downloaded from our website for a customer who has registered to access the wholesale section of the website. The term of sale for a credit account is Net 30 days from the date of the invoice. If a customer with a credit account has not purchased within one year, credit information must be resubmitted for approval. Golden Bough Botanicals Inc. reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit credit to any customer.



SHIPPING & TRACKING

How long will it take to get my order?

We make every effort to process orders in a timely manner within 2 to 3 days except during peak periods when the lead time will be longer. Depending on your location, it may take 1 to 7 business days to be delivered. All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. If you need an order rushed or have any questions concerning the processing and status of your order, please contact us by emailing sales@goldenbough.ca or by calling 604-540-8700.


How can I track my order once it has shipped?

If you have registered with us, you will receive a shipment notification from our carrier with a tracking number by email. This service is available for FedEx or Canada Post shipments only.


Is there an option to pickup my order?

Yes, orders can be picked up from our warehouse. We will contact you with the date and time for pickup unless you have made other arrangements with us. The pickup location is Unit 12 - 1585 Cliveden Avenue, Delta, BC V3M 6M1. Our pickup hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM PST except for statutory holiday closures.

If you have prepaid for your order in advance, please drive to the back of the warehouse and ring doorbell number 14. Otherwise if you have not, please see a staff member at the front office for payment (refer to the Ordering & Payment section).


Is my shipment insured?

All orders will be shipped by ground without insurance from Delta, BC freight prepaid using the carrier of our choice. The freight will then be added to your invoice.
