Description: Olive leaf is the leaf of the olive tree (Olea europaea). The phenolic compounds of the olive tree are concentrated in the leaves, and contain phenolic compounds including oleuropein, hydroxytyrosxol, tyrosol, luteolin, rutin, caffeic acid, catechin and apigenin.
