ORDERING

You can shop online conveniently, safely and securely at Golden Bough Botanicals. You will receive order confirmation within 48 hours of the receipt of your order. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 72 hours of receipt. Please note that payment for online orders is only through PayPal. By utilizing this method you ensure that nobody, including us, have access to your credit card information. See details below in the Payment Options Section.

PAYMENT:

Golden Bough Botanicals is a Verified Member of PayPal. This allows you to pay securely and safely through PayPal with a Visa, MasterCard, Amex or Discover card. All transactions are transparently processed on PayPal's secure servers. If you already have a PayPal account, you can simply enter your account ID and password at Checkout. If you do not have a PayPal account and prefer to pay by Credit Card, PayPal will prompt you to enter Credit Card information. I.e. name, card type (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), card number, confirmation number, expiration date, address and telephone number. This method ensures that nobody, including us, have access to your credit card information

SHIPPING:

Shipping within Canada: all purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Delta, BC Canada by Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Please see the Canada Post website for Canada Post Terms & Conditions.

Shipping within the USA; all purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Delta, BC Canada by FedEx Ground. The customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes levied by US Customs.
